Dhan Group was founded in 2016 by Roger Patel as a platform to rapidly expand his real estate business. Since inception, the firm has developed and acquired over 150k sq ft of retail space and, in conjunction with the firm’s fuel distributorship contracts with Sunoco and Citgo for the southeast, has developed nearly two dozen premium gas stations across the southeast.

 

We have worked with prominent retailers and restaurants such as Another Broken Egg, Jeremiah Ice, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Cinnaholic Bakery, Firehouse Subs, Baja Fresh, Little Ceasars, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Jersey Mike's Subs, TitleMax, Exxon, Citgo, Sunoco, and Hibachi Express amongst others.

 

We specialize in the development of strip centers and gas stations and have recently expanded into multifamily and car wash development, with multiple projects in the pipeline for 2023 and 2024.
